This Board is for Overcomers. It is for those who are survivors, or who strive to be, in the battle against Depression and other mental health issues.

We are attempting to make it through this mire, and know it isn't easy. But we pull on our hip boots and go wading through the muck, with the help of the medical profession, support from friends (online and off) and family. We are determined to learn and achieve. We have joined together for support, exchange of information, humor, encouragement and to walk together to reach that higher ground.
