Hip Boots and Higher Ground

This Board is for Overcomers. It is for those who are survivors, or who strive to be, in the battle against Depression and other mental health issues.

We are attempting to make it through this mire, and know it isn't easy. But we pull on our hip boots and go wading through the muck, with the help of the medical profession, support from friends (online and off) and family. We are determined to learn and achieve. We have joined together for support, exchange of information, humor, encouragement and to walk together to reach that higher ground.

We have put some links and articles in our open forums to help others who pass by and may be looking for an answer, or for some help. You're welcome to read, and we hope that you will find the information and links to be helpful to you. Feel free to contact us if you have comments, need further information or want to join us in this journey.
